HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CAR INTERIOR

Most people think that the phrase ‘car servicing’ means only the control over the technical part or a visit to the car wash. But it is not so.

CARE OF LEATHER UPHOLSTERY

If you want your salon to serve for a long time and not lose its original appearance, it is necessary to drench it with special means at least once a month. First of all, this procedure should be done in the summer months and especially scrupulously, if the leather upholstery is not new. Over some time, cracks and spots may appear on the leather seats. To avoid such problems, you must use high-quality oils and creams.

Before starting the carrying of the skin, do not forget to degrease its surface. To do this, you must use special sprays that remove fat and open pores. After applying the spray the cream is much better absorbed, and the "slippery" effect of the leather upholstery manifests itself to a lesser extent.

Do not forget that the sudden changes in temperature are dangerous for leather upholstery. In order to avoid the influence of this negative factor, it is necessary to apply special conditioners. When using the conditioner, don’t be in a hurry to let the leather dry up. This procedure is best done in summer. Also, do not forget that its use leads to the softening of the upholstery.

When choosing a quality conditioner, pay attention to its cleansing properties. If small cracks appear in the leather covering, in which dirt is clogged, the presence of a cleaning effect will not go amiss.

CARE OF FABRIC UPHOLSTERY

The first "weapon" in the fight for the cleanliness of the fabric interior is, oddly to say, a vacuum cleaner. Its presence is difficult to overestimate. Unlike leather upholstery, the main disadvantage of fabric is the ability to accumulate dust. Of course, for such upholstery, there are a lot of various sprays, the main task of which is to raise the dust from the fabric for the subsequent sucking it with a vacuum cleaner.

If the stains appear, they can be removed by special means that are used for carpets. As a rule, these means have a foam structure.

WHAT TO DO WITH THE REST OF THE INTERIOR MADE OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF PLASTIC?

The best solution is to use special sprays with low alcohol content (or even without it). The presence of a large alcohol amount can lead to plastic tarnishing and, as a result, to the loss of presentability.

High-quality products are able to protect plastic surfaces from burnout and harmful ultraviolet radiation. Also, a good additional reason for using the spray is the presence of antistatic properties. This will reduce the accumulation of dust on the plastic surface.

Do not forget to clean the surface before applying the cleaning means. If you do not do this, then all your efforts will be wasted.

Another place in the salon accumulating dust is the ventilation ducts. As a rule, the driver recalls this after turning on the blower at maximum speed. To avoid this, you need simply to remove the air deflectors and the accumulated dust from them. If this procedure is difficult for you, blow the air conditioning system before cleaning the salon. Also, a similar operation can be performed during the replacement of the cabin filter. The deflectors themselves can be carefully cleaned of dust with an ordinary brush while sucking the dust with a vacuum cleaner.

Remember, if the state of the salon is really deplorable, then an attempt to clean it yourself will only aggravate the situation. A much more effective way would be to contact special companies specializing in dry cleaning of the salons.
