Subaru Forester 2019: updated high-quality crossover from Japan

The 2019 Subaru Forester in the new body differs from its predecessor in subtle details. Therefore, the Japanese concern decided not to revise the configuration and prices, after the release of the restyled model. Accordingly, it is quite difficult to distinguish between two versions of the Japanese crossover while looking at the photo. Japanese experts emphasize that they have increased the distance between the seats by 36 mm. Now this figure is 1,001 millimeters. Therefore, the doors can swing open to a wider angle, providing a more comfortable landing and unloading of passengers.

Minor changes were made to side climate, steering wheel, dashboard and deflectors. The size of the main screen of the multimedia system has increased. What else can be noted? Perhaps, the ergonomics of the SUV, improved visibility and refinement of the noise reduction system should be mentioned.

Interestingly, the climate control system is offered in the basic version.

The traditionally high-strength fabric and leather are used in the salon.

All devices and switches are in direct view of the driver, which allows you to control the system without being distracted from monitoring the traffic situation. The driver and front passenger seats are heated in 3 versions, with lateral and lumbar support.

Note the increase in displacement of the luggage compartment with a pronounced rectangular shape of 40 liters. As a result, we get 2,155 cubes of usable volume. Designers have changed the folding technology of the rear seats, which made it possible to get a flat floor for the transportation of baggage and cargo.
